Do You Use Artificial Intelligence ?

Yes. We use artificial intelligence tools as a creative foundation, but every portrait is then carefully reviewed, corrected, and refined by hand. Our goal is to create natural and elegant artistic illustrations, far from the artificial results often associated with fully automated generators.

Will I Receive a Preview Before Printing?

No. In order to maintain efficient production times and keep our portraits affordable, we do not provide previews before printing. However, every portrait is individually personalized and carefully reviewed before being sent to production.

How Do I Choose the Most Suitable Portrait?

Your hair color serves as a reference point when selecting a portrait. Hairstyles can only be adjusted slightly in order to remain faithful to the artistic style of the illustration. In the Rococo style, powdered and lighter hairstyles were very common at the time. You are therefore welcome to choose these hairstyles even if your natural hair color is darker

What Type of Photo Should I Send?

For the best possible result, please send a photo that meets the following guidelines: • Clear and well-lit photo • Full face clearly visible • No sunglasses • Front-facing or slightly angled pose • Natural expression or a gentle smile For group portraits, you may send a group photo provided that each person's face is clearly visible and meets the same requirements as individual photos.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. We ship to many countries worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times: • Posters: 3–7 business days • Framed Prints: 7–10 business days • Canvas Prints: 7–10 business days Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.

Can I Send Multiple Photos?

Yes. If you are unsure which photo to choose, you may send several photos and we will select the one that offers the best potential for your portrait.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, provided that personalization has not yet begun. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible after placing your order.

What Happens to My Photos After My Portrait Is Completed?

Your photos are used exclusively for the creation of your personalized portrait. Once your order has been completed, all submitted files are permanently deleted from our systems to ensure the privacy and security of your data.
