Terms and Conditions of Sale
Welcome to Inianna Génération Boutique (IGB). These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases of personalized portraits through our website.
Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the applicable policies made available to you before checkout.
Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unsuccessful payment, reasonable suspicion of fraud, product unavailability, or personalization requests that infringe another person’s rights or violate applicable law.
If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund any payment received for the canceled items, including any associated shipping charges.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your market. For customers shopping in the United States market, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Shipping charges and any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. The checkout total is the amount payable to us for your order.
Full payment is required when placing your order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include credit and debit cards on the Visa, Mastercard, and American Express networks.
Personalization
Please provide accurate and complete personalization details, along with clear photos suitable for creating your portrait.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit these photos and authorize their use to fulfill your order.
If we need a different photo or additional information, we will contact you. Personalization and delivery may be delayed until we receive the required materials.
If incorrect or incomplete information you provide affects the finished portrait, please contact us so we can review the issue. Changes or reprints requested for this reason may involve additional charges, which we will explain before proceeding.
This does not limit our responsibility for errors we make or your rights if the product is defective or does not match your order.
Cancellations and Changes
You may request a cancellation or change before we begin personalizing your portrait.
For these purposes, production begins when work on your personalized artwork starts, rather than when printing begins.
Once personalization has started, we generally cannot accept cancellations or changes due to a change of mind. This does not affect any cancellation or other rights required by applicable law.
To request a cancellation or change, contact info@iniannagenboutique.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
We will confirm whether your request can be accommodated. If your order is canceled before personalization begins, we will refund your payment.
Shipping and Delivery
Order processing, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, and tracking information are described in our Shipping Policy.
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.
Returns and Refunds
Because our portraits are personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges solely because you change your mind.
If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Liability
We are responsible for fulfilling our obligations under these Terms and applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your purchase or use of our products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions of Sale from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with their effective date.
The Terms made available to you when you place your order will govern that purchase. Subsequent updates will not retroactively change those Terms unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed with you.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. This choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections applicable under the laws of your place of residence.
Any dispute will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to bring a claim before a court available to you under mandatory consumer protection rules.
